You cancel your order within the first 15 minutes in your customer account after placing it. We cannot cancel it afterwards, as it moves quickly into processing.
If you no longer want your order, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery so it is returned to us. You will receive a refund once our warehouse receives it. Please contact us if refusing the package is impossible, and we will share our return instructions.
