You cancel your order within the first 15 minutes in your customer account after placing it. We cannot cancel it afterwards, as it moves quickly into processing.
If you no longer want your order, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery so it is returned to us. You will receive a refund once our warehouse receives it. If refusing the package is impossible, please use our return portal (https://www.taschen.com/en/returns-portal/), just sign in with your order number and email address or do it easily via your customer account.
