For returns within the European Union and UK: You can return any items you aren't satisfied with within 14 days from their delivery date. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of the items' receipt at our warehouse. To do so, you can easily create a return label directly from your customer account or via the return portal here: https://www.taschen.com/de/returns-portal/
For returns outside the European Union: Unfortunately, due to customs borders and regulations, we cannot provide a prepaid return label for returns from non-EU countries. However, you are welcome to return the item at your own cost using a shipping provider of your choosing.
To ensure a smooth return process, we encourage sending the return with a tracking option.
For returns within America: Unless your item arrived damaged or was mis-shipped, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund for the item(s). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To ensure your refund is processed smoothly, we would ask you to return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.
